Selçuk Sencer Esenyel is the Founding and Managing Partner of Esenyel | Partners Lawyers & Consultants, an Istanbul-based law firm recognized for its strong international reach and sector-focused advisory practice. With nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of maritime law, finance, infrastructure, and public regulation, Mr. Esenyel has built a practice defined not only by legal precision, but by strategic foresight. He advises global shipowners, P&I Clubs, port operators, financial institutions, insurers, and multinational corporations on high-value, cross-border matters where legal architecture and commercial strategy must operate in harmony. His work frequently involves multi-jurisdictional disputes, complex project structures, asset and project finance, public-private partnerships, and cross-border M&A transactions.
