Captain Giray Kincal is a Principal Surveyor and Senior Partner at Ertem, Rivero & Partners. He was a Master Mariner on chemical and oil tankers, and has extensive expertise in marine casualty investigations, inspections and warranty surveys.

He has acted on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs in complex collision, grounding and major damage cases, and has supervised various repair projects in Tuzla and Yalova shipyards.

Cpt. Giray also specializes in Towage Approval Surveys, Office Management Assessments (JH 2013/007C), and Shipyard Risk Assessments (JH143). He has conducted numerous P&I Loss Prevention Surveys for both IG and Fixed Premium Clubs and oversees quality control across a global survey network.

Cpt. Giray oversees and manages operations and surveyors coordination across Europe/Asia region.
