After earning her degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2003, she began her career as a Risk Management Specialist at Anadolu Insurance Company. In 2009, she completed an MBA program at Bahçeşehir University. She attended Executive Education Program at Koc University in 2018. She advanced through various roles in marine insurance at Anadolu Insurance Company before assuming the position of Marine Manager in March 2021. Beyond her professional career, she has contributed to academia by delivering lectures on Marine Insurance at Bahçeşehir University. She also served on the Cargo Committee at the Insurance Association of Türkiye and currently teaches Cargo Insurance at the Insurance Education Center (SEGEM). She has joined the Türk P&I family in May, 2025.
